ABOUT CHIEF INSTRUCTOR MASAHIKO HONMA

Sensei Masahiko Honma has been studying Karate for over 20 years. Born in 1970 in Tokyo, Japan, Sensei Honma began studying Kyokushin Karate at the age of 15. In 1995, he moved to New York City, actively teaching Karate for more than 10 years. Throughout this time, Sensei Honma continued to develop his Karate, competing in tournaments and gaining experience in other Martial Arts. In 2006, Sensei Honma founded Karatedo Honma Dojo in order to pursue his own art of Karatedo
