NEW CLASS!
We are happy to announce that Karatedo Honma Dojo is now offering a "Grappling Basics" class on Monday nights. The one hour class begins at 8:15 PM and covers the fundamentals of ground positions, movement, breath control, defensive and submission techniques. All students are welcome to participate. No previous grappling experience is required.
